Pulled pork
Boil water in a kettle and add the Pulled Pork bag into the boiling water. Let it warm up a bit so that the juices loosen up. Pour the water our of the kettle and dry. Cut the corner of the bag with scissors and pour the content to the dried kettle. Let the pulled pork warp up. Roll broccoli florets in olive oil and roast in the oven for couple of minutes. Serve the Pulled Pork with mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli.
Mashed potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half of quarters. Boil the potatoes in unsalted water until the break. Pour out the water. Heat up the milk. Add the butter to the warm potatoes and let it melt for a while. Mash the potatoes with a mixer, add the warm milk little by little until the mash is velvety smooth. Season with salt.
