Hash with potatoes and ham

Ingredients

300 g Pouttu Smokey Ham Strips
15 pcs potatoes
2 pcs onion
2 tbsp butter
4 pcs eggs
x black pepper
x sals
x HP-sauce
x mustard

Boil potatoes with peel in a salty water. When the potatoes are almost cooked pour the water out and let the potatoes cool down in a flat surface. Peel the onions and dice. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Sauté the onions in a pan with butter, add the potatoe cubes and Nopeat Smokey Ham Strips. Let fry crispy. Season with pepper and salt. Serve with egg yolk, HP-sauce, pickled cucumber and beetroot.
