Kannuswursti pasta

Ingredients

200 g penne pasta
300 g Pouttu Kannuswurstia
4 pcs tomatoes
2 pcs red onion
2 pcs garlic claws
2 tbsp capers
1/2 red chili
1 dl chopped parsley
x grated parmesan cheese

Slice the sausage and cut the slices into strips. Cut the tomato into wedges and peeled onion into strips, dice garlic and chili. Sauté the onions in a saucepan with olive oil, add tomatoes, garlic, chili, capers and heat up to boil. Boil the pasta in salted water, follow the packages instructions. Pour out the pasta water but save a couple of decilitres. Add the pasta and chopped parsley into the saucepan with the pasta water. Check salt. Grind some black pepper and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
